These particular asian buyers look to purchase in Vancouver because they are attracted to the Westcoast lifestyle, weather, mountains and culture - which far outweighs anywhere else in Canada. Although, some chinese buyers do search for homes in Toronto and other cities. However, Vancouver is usually the top pick in Canada for asian buyers.
