Chinese Buyers Still Coming to Vancouver in 2012?
In 2011, We've seen a lot of asian chinese buyers coming from overseas China purchasing homes in Vancouver, BC. The question is, will the wealthy chinese buyers still come to Vancouver to purchase real estate in 2012?
Statistics say that real estate in 2012 in Vancouver will be closely similar to 2011. We are still seeing wealthy Chinese buyers coming to Vancouver to purchase homes in Vancouver Westside, Richmond, South Surrey and East Vancouver. These particular asian buyers look to purchase in Vancouver because they are attracted to the Westcoast lifestyle, weather, mountains and culture - which far outweighs anywhere else in Canada. Although, some chinese buyers do search for homes in Toronto and other cities. However, Vancouver is usually the top pick in Canada for asian buyers.
